What Material are your products made of?

All our combs, brushes, claw-clips are made from Cellulose Acetate.

Compared to traditional plastic or resin Cellulose Acetate is already a component of natural origin. Coming from wood pulp and cotton fibres Cellulose Acetate is fully biodegradable and coming from a renewable resource.

Our scrunchies are made of 100% silk.

Is your packaging recyclable?

All of our packaging is recyclable, reusable and compostable.

Are your products cruelty-free?

All of our products are cruelty free. For our comb pouches we use vegan leather. The bristles of our Gentle Brush are ethically sourced and cruelty-free.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are manufactured under high-quality standards.

Our combs are hand made in Switzerland from Italian Acetate. Our brushes are handmade in Italy. Our hair towels are made in South Korea. Our claw-clips and scrunchies are imported.

Yes, our combs and brushes are handmade.

SHIPPING

When will my item ship?

When you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation from us. We then begin processing your order and ship it out as fast as possible. Most orders ship within 24 hours providing stock availability.

Can I check the status of my order?

Yes, once you have completed your order, you will be issued a tracking waybill number which can be used to track your order.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Which countries do you ship to?

We offer International shipping. All orders are shipped from our London, United Kingdom studio and shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Can I change delivery details after my order is placed?

No, as a security precaution you can't change your delivery address once you've placed an order. This protects customers from address fraud and orders being redirected to a different unauthorised address after the purchase has been made.
