All our products we’ve made we love, and we hope you will too. We understand there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you have bought. Please contact our customer service team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help you return your products within 14 days of receipt.
The costumer is responsible for returning the goods. Shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the costumer. We do not accept liability for goods that are not sent trackable.
Products need to be returned in their original packaging and remain unused. Returns that are damaged will not be accepted.
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, for our Combs and Scrunchies, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges.
If any of your product arrives damaged or is faulty, we happily replace the item for free or refund the item.

Please note that all refunds minus the original postage charge will be made back to the original card used to make the payment. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for the money to return to your account. For any further questions please contact email@example.com within 3 days of receiving and we will gladly assist you.
